A member of the Mississippi tobacco team was spotted in Oxford today. A grand jury appearance perhaps? Makes me say hmmmm.

Was 0003 commenced on an information or an indictment, and when was the defendant taken into custody?

0003 was an indictment, and I don’t know the answer to the second– I’ll answer that later.
