The Southern Foodways Alliance has up podcasts of the conference last weekend (along with earlier events, including last year’s conference and a talk I did with bbq pitmaster Deke Baskin). I highly recommend the session where Barry Hannah does a very personal essay about drinking (beverages being the conference theme) followed by a talk with Junior Johnson about moonshining in North Carolina.
