The other day, we talked a bit about Republican attempts to head-off Dem voters at the polls via something called “vote[r] caging.” Thanks to Mme Jobarteh, I see that such an attempt has just gone badly for the GOPers: they collected a smart slapdown from a judge in the Eastern District of Michigan. Seems their ploy violates federal law.
