Torture planes flying the globe and operating at Guatanamo? A VP who declares he is not part of the Executive Branch? A Donald Rumsfeld tell the press that it's none of their damned business? Free speech zones at Presidential appearances that are five miles away from where the President is, so he doesn't have to see criticisms? As long as we are not complacent about torture, murder, shredding the Constitution with disingenuous arguments -- whatever we may become complacent about will not sink to the level of the dumb ass Bushites. Complacent about what, though:

Lies in a state of the union address to get us into an unjust war?
