UPDATE: Do you prefer the new headline for this story, Concern in G.O.P. After Rough Week for McCain? They switched the photo too: now, instead of a close shot of howling men holding pictures of Obama’s face crossed out, it’s McCain, from the rear and small in the distance, at the end of a double-line of pompom-waving cheerleaders. More poignant, less scary.
