Central banks co-ordinate big rate-cuts

The Fed, the Bank of England, and the European Central Bank are among central banks around the world that this morning co-ordinated a rate-cut to try to stop the crisis, the Fed cutting a half-point. NYT and WaPo report that frozen credit is scaring them more than inflation at this point.

After another swoon earlier, the Dow’s up about 150.
