DANG, this site is being weird today. As you may know, an NMC post from this morning just flat disappeared on us, and we don’t know why. It included links to Anita Lee’s and Jerry Mitchell’s stories on the Diaz-dissent contretempts, and at least those two are recoverable.
Sorry for the inconvenience, but at least now we’ve got a place to talk about them until NMC has time to post his further thoughts on all this.
Damn, Lotus, did Justices Smith, Dickinson, Randolph, Waller, et al, deny your right to publish as well as that of Justices Diaz and Graves? They ARE getting too big for their britches–I mean robes.
