Quoting from the WSJ Law Blog:
Several news organizations filed motions with Judge Biggers, arguing that the letters were of public interest and that they should be allowed to see them. Judge Biggers ruled in favor of the pubs, which included the blog folo. (From the Law Blog Blogger Victory of the Day: ‘The court has been advised by readers of the blog Folo that [folo writer Tom Freeland] has been exceptionally thorough, energetic and accurate in his writings on this case and the court will and does hereby make an exception for his status as a blogger and allows him equal credentials with the traditional press in this matter.)
Whole post here.
Heh.
Sweet.
There’s no avoiding it now: folo‘s gone big time! Congratulations on this recognition, which in its way is a better measure of respect than all of those phony vote-for-me popularity contest awards put together.
Congrats!!
What does it say, though, that I first read about the WSJ law blog post in folo v. the other way around!
NMC congratulations on the WSJ way to go.
Kudos, Kudos, Kudos!!!!!
Damn Skippy foloians –ites? Anyway, what a proud moment for those of us who read here to know that those of you who post here have received the well deserved accolades, from the MSM no less, for an amazing blog. A big ‘ole Woot!! for folo — oh and don’t forget to tip your bartender — I heard there’s a great happy hour here…
Way to go folo with the WSJ and everyone have a good night.
Well deserved recognition, NMC and lotus. Thanks you so much for helping me to stay informed.
