With much gratitude to Sailor, folo presents this photo (date “circa 2007″) of Tim Balducci and Ed Peters announcing a lawsuit they’d filed against the city of Jackson, Tennessee, on behalf of either a black man shot by a white police officer or the man’s family. (We’re so glad to have the image, we won’t sweat the background details!)
By the way, I hear that nowadays Balducci’s hair is as white as Peters’.

Judge Biggers just issued an order a short time ago granting the motion of the Sun-Herald to see the letters written to the Court on behalf of Scruggs. They can view them on Wednesday, June 25, 2008. Wonder if there are any people having second thoughts about their letters?
