Isn’t the most important Lackey is telling us is that he felt he couldn’t go to Hood because he was “too close” to Scruggs?

“He said Lackey was truthful, although a few details were off.” Exactly what I said yesterday–memories fade. A red herring although Mike Moore seems to be making up memories that never happened.

Guys, Ben Creekmore told me Stallings never texted Moore and does not have text message capability. Creekmore was not sure why Patsy ran a one-side story without contacting his office.
Why would Stallings say Lackey was lying, he has to appear before Lackey regularly why would he accuse Lackey of lying on the stand.
He questioned Brumfields motives behind publishing the story.
