Did he seem nervous? or confident in giving his testimony? I had a feeling all along that Balducci was completely surprised by Lackey asking for money....and given his relationship to this old judge & mentor...he could not tell him "no" in light of the situation he, himself, had put the judge in. I wonder why he didn't sense danger. After all this was a judge everyone agrees, and Balducci knew personally, was of the highest integrity and honor asking for money in exchange for a favorable ruling. Just amazing.
