Regular readers and the excruciatingly obsessed will be relieved to know that, behind the scenes, the folks at Folo are attending to upcoming events.
For instance, there’s tomorrow’s deadline for the government to file their responses to the defense motions. Should we expect a transcript dump headed “closer to the whole story?” We’ll know sometime tomorrow.
Then Wednesday, there’s the big motions hearing at the federal courthouse in Oxford. Sparks may fly! We will do our best to find a way to get a report from the courtroom, so watch this space.

Something tells me that you may be a tad busy with additional transcript evidence soon. Personally, I am anxiously awaiting the response from the government. I think that getting something other than the cherry pickings from the defense will be interesting even if it is only the cherry pickings of the government.
I hope they don’t wait until 11 pm today to file them as the defense did.
PS. I saw Evita here last night at the Ford Center and it was awesome. The “Evita” was good..not great but I saw it on Broadway in ‘79 with Patti Lupone so…where do you go from there. But overall, very well done.
