There is a typographical error on page 8 of the Motion to Suppress. The last word of the first paragraph under the heading “Misleading summary of May 21, 2007 call” should be “Scruggs” rather than “Balducci.”
I think for the lawyers among us, this is the point when someone notes that the German word for this is “schadenfreude.”
